Sheet Stock Cut-to-Size

Accucutt can cut panels into specified dimensions using customer-supplied and/or in-house materials. Our Holzma HPL 11 Optimat Rear Loading Panel Saw has ample cutting capacity and can process boards up to 14 feet in lenth.

Drilling & Boring

Accucutt provides end and surface boring for all your panel needs.  With multiple combination "edge and feed through" drilling production lines, we are able to accommodate large volume runs. Together with our CNC (which focuses on smaller custom runs), we are capable of handling almost any drilling requirements.

Edge Banding

Accucutt can comply with most edge banding requirements. Our Homag Optimat Edge Banders can accommodate up to 3mm thick edge band tape and one is equipped with an outrigger for grooving applications. We also have contour edge banding capabilities.

CNC Solutions

Our CNC "Point-to-Point" machining station has router, drill and grooving capabilities. With easy to program software, we have technical expertise to help our customers with any project requirements.
